This website is for people who have a vending machine that has taken your money, not given you the right product or you just need a refund.

Please tell us which machine gave you a mis-vend and where the machine is located.

For those with Vending Cards the only way we can give you the money back on your card is to mail your vending card to the address below with a self addressed stamped envelope. When we receive your card we then can put the money you have requested back on the card and mail it back to you promptly.
